    Additional Terms

    • Early departure will be charged as per the original booking
    • Peak season bookings (Dec 20 - Jan 10, Onam, Vishu) have stricter cancellation terms
    • Group bookings (5+ rooms) require 45 days notice for cancellation
    • Modifications to booking dates are subject to availability and rate differences

    Refund Policy

    Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent. Please read the following terms carefully.

    Full Refund (100%)

    Cancellations made 30 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund of the booking amount, excluding any non-refundable deposits or processing fees.

    Partial Refund (50%)

    Cancellations made between 15-29 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of the total booking amount.

    No Refund

    Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in are non-refundable. No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.

    Refund Processing

    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.

    Force Majeure

    In case of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our control, we will offer rescheduling options or credit notes valid for 12 months.

    All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email. GST and service charges are non-refundable as per Indian tax regulations.

    We welcome families with children. Please review our child policy for a comfortable stay.

    Resort Rules & Guidelines

    To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please follow these guidelines during your visit.

    Do's

    • Maintain silence in common areas between 10 PM and 7 AM
    • Dispose of waste in designated bins and follow waste segregation
    • Respect the natural environment and wildlife
    • Inform reception before inviting visitors
    • Baby cot available on request (complimentary)
    • High chair in restaurant
    • Kids menu available
    • Children's play area
    • Babysitting services (chargeable, advance booking required)
    • Kids' activity programs during holidays
    • Child-safe pool area with shallow section

    Restrictions

    • Children under 12 must be accompanied by adults in pool area
    • Children not allowed in spa and wellness center
    • Bar and lounge area restricted to guests 21+
    • Maximum 2 children per room (excluding infants)
    • Extra bed required for children above 5 years

    Safety Guidelines for Children

    • Children must be supervised at all times
    • Life jackets mandatory for children in pool
    • Balcony doors to be kept locked when children are in room
    • Inform staff of any allergies or medical conditions

    Age proof may be required at check-in. Please carry birth certificate or school ID for children.

    Pet must be house-trained
  • Advance notification required at time of booking
  • Pet owner responsible for any damage caused
  • Bring pet food, bowls, and bedding
  • Clean up after your pet in outdoor areas
  • Restrictions

    • Maximum 2 pets per room
    • Pets not allowed in restaurant, pool area, or spa
    • Pets must be on leash in common areas
    • Aggressive breeds not permitted
    • Pets must not be left unattended in rooms
    • Exotic animals and birds not allowed

    Service animals are welcome at no additional charge with proper documentation. Please inform us at the time of booking.

    Keep your room key/card safe and return upon checkout
  • Use designated smoking areas only
  • Wear appropriate attire in restaurant and common areas
  • Report any maintenance issues to the front desk immediately
  • Follow pool safety guidelines and timings
  • Carry valid ID proof during your stay
  • Don'ts

    • Do not smoke in non-smoking areas or rooms
    • Do not consume alcohol in public areas (except designated bars)
    • Do not play loud music or create disturbance
    • Do not bring outside food into the restaurant
    • Do not litter or damage resort property
    • Do not feed wild animals or birds

    Safety Guidelines

    • Emergency exits are marked on each floor - familiarize yourself
    • Fire extinguishers are located in corridors - do not tamper
    • In case of emergency, dial reception or 100 (Police) / 101 (Fire)
    • Children must be supervised at all times near water bodies

  • Do not remove towels, linens, or amenities from the resort
  • Do not engage in illegal activities on premises
  • Do not use drones without prior permission
  • Swimming pool depth varies - check before diving
  • First aid kit available at reception 24/7
  • Inform staff of any medical conditions or allergies
  • Follow COVID-19 protocols as applicable
